Dr. Owais Rabbani – A Journey of Purpose

Some people choose a career. Others choose a purpose. For Owais Rabbani, it has always been about purpose.

His journey didn’t begin with titles or recognition. It began with a simple intention: to help people become better versions of themselves. Over the years, that intention has grown into a lifelong mission, guiding individuals toward growth, clarity, and confidence in a world that often feels overwhelming.

His Mission

As a trainer and visiting faculty member, including his time at IQRA University, Owais has spent years working with students and professionals. What sets his sessions apart is not just what he teaches, but how people feel when they leave. They don’t just gain knowledge; they gain belief in themselves. His work is rooted in real-life experiences, honest conversations, and learning that stays long after the session ends.

Media & Public Voice

Before this phase, Owais connected with people through media as an anchor and host on platforms like Geo, GTV, and PTV. His focus was never just being on screen, but creating space for meaningful conversations.

Creating Meaningful Platforms

One of his key contributions was ALM, a show built on the idea that people from different beliefs can come together, listen, and grow. He also played a role in Irfan-e-Ramazan, a Ramadan transmission that became part of people’s lives, centered on reflection, connection, and faith.

Work on Ground

Owais took his mission beyond conversations. Through Jinnah Ka Pakistan, he worked closely with young people, helping them discover direction and purpose.

Reaching the Youth
In 2017, he launched Reborn Pakistan, traveling across cities and underserved communities, meeting young individuals, listening to their struggles, and guiding them toward a better future.

Rabbani Kids Academy

Over time, this effort grew into Rabbani Kids Academy in 2026, expanding beyond borders to support children, youth, and families in education, character-building, and faith.

Empowering Educators

Through Sindh Yatra Motivation, he worked with teachers across Sindh, believing that empowering one teacher can impact generations.

Corporate & Professional Experience

Alongside this, Owais has delivered a wide range of corporate trainings, including sessions with agriculture and fertilizer companies, focusing on leadership,

communication, workplace ethics, and professional growth. He has also worked in professional environments like Ibex and has spoken at more than 70 universities

across Pakistan. However, for him, it has never been about numbers. It has always been about impact.

Author & Thought Leader

He is also an author. His book Inqilab connected deeply with readers, followed by Nazria. His upcoming work, The Motivation of Quran, reflects his belief in faith as a source of strength in everyday life.
